PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE

 

INGREDIENTS:

ONE SCOOP OF WHEY PROTEIN

ONE SCOOP OF HOT STUFF

ONE BANANA

  ORANGE JUICE 

 

  DAILY INSTRUCTIONS:

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER.  FILL BLENDER UP WITH

THE ORANGE JUICE.  TURN BLENDER ON FOR 10 SECONDS.  TURN

OFF.  TURN BLENDER ON FOR 10 MORE SECONDS.  ENJOY!
